Cancellation policy
For every direct booking, regardless of the length of stay, the refund depends on the time between cancellation and check-in.
Refund according to the cancellation date
- 28 days or more before check-in
Full refund of the total stay price, including the cleaning fee. - From 7 to fewer than 28 days before check-in
Refund of 50% of the total stay price, including the cleaning fee. - Less than 7 days before check-in
No refund of the total stay price.
Tourist tax
For any full cancellation before check-in, the tourist tax is refunded in full, regardless of the refund that applies to the stay price.
24-hour free cancellation period
A full refund is available for up to 24 hours after confirmation, provided the booking was confirmed at least 7 days before check-in.
Reference time
Confirmation and cancellation times are calculated using the property’s local time in Amiens.
Payment instalments
For payment instalments, the refund or, where applicable, the outstanding amount is calculated according to the sums already paid and the terms applying on the cancellation date.
Scope
These terms apply only to bookings made and paid for directly on this website. Any Airbnb booking remains subject to the terms displayed and accepted on Airbnb.
